Title: Mississippi Mud Pie Categories: Cakes-snack, Desserts Yield: 16 Servings ------------------------------------CAKE------------------------------------ 4 Eggs 2 c Sugar 1 1/2 c Flour 1 ts Vanilla 1 c Butter 1/3 c Cocoa 1 1/2 c Nuts; chopped ----------------------------------TOPPING---------------------------------- 6 1/4 oz Miniature marshmallows ----------------------------------FROSTING---------------------------------- 1/2 c Butter; melted 1/3 c Milk 3 tb Cocoa 2 c Powdered sugar 1 ts Vanilla Preheat oven to 350° Prepare 13x9 pan. Combine cake ingredients and pour into pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cover with marshmallows and return to oven for 3 minutes. combine frosting ingredients and frost over marshmallows while still warm. Cool before cutting.
