Title: Moist Chocolate Cake Categories: None Yield: 9 Servings 1 c All-purpose flour 1 c Sugar 1 c Hot water 1/2 c Baking cocoa 1 ts Baking powder 1 ts Baking soda 1 Egg 1/4 c Butter or margarine; melted Powdered sugar In a mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Add egg and butter; mix well. Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
