Title: Molasses Cake Categories: Cakes, Desserts Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 c Molasses 1/2 c Sugar 1 Egg 3 tb Vegetable oil 1 1/2 c Flour 1 ts Baking soda 1 c Boiling water Mix molasses, sugar, egg, and oil. Add flour and mix. In separate bowl mix boiling water and baking soda, and then mix that into other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in 9 x 9 glass pan.
