Title: Mom's Spaghetti Sauce Categories: Main dishes, Pasta, Sauces Yield: 6 Servings 1 lb Ground beef or ground turkey 1 tb Minced fresh garlic Salt and pepper; to taste 1 cn Tomato paste; (12 oz) 2 cn Water 1 ts Basil 1 tb Oregano 1 ts Italian seasoning 1/2 ts Lemon pepper Lots of mushrooms; fresh or -canned Brown ground beef or turkey with garlic in 3-quart saucepan. Salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato paste and water, stir well. Add seasonings and mushrooms. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
