1/2 c Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 tb Oregano
3 Garlic cloves, crushed
4 tb White wine vinegar
1/2 ts Pepper
3 tb Grated Parmesan

-----------------------------------SALAD-----------------------------------
1 Head lettuce, torn
2 c Black olives, pitted, chop
10 Plum tomatoes, sliced
1 c Green olives w/ pimemtos,
-sliced
2 c Mozzarella, shredded

In large salad bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour dressing over salad.
