1 Onion; finely chopped
1 Block oleo
1 cn Beef broth consomme
1 cn Water
1 c Rice
1 cn Mushrooms

Saute onion in oleo, add beef broth consomme and water. Add cup of rice and
mushrooms. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until rice is
done.
