Title: New England Fish Chowder

Yield: 4 Servings

1/2 tb Butter
3/4 c Onions; chopped
1 Garlic clove
1 Bay leaves
1 1/2 c Water
1/2 ts Thyme leaves
1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 c Milk
1 lb Cod/haddock fillets

Melt butter in pan. Saute' onions and garlic. Add everything else. Simmer
soup for 45 minutes.
