1 c Parboiled nopalitos
2 tb Salsa; up to 3
Garlic
Salt & pepper
Oil
2 Eggs

Saute one cup parboiled nopalitos, Two or three tablespoons salsa, garlic,
salt/pepper, in oil. Add two eggs. Scramble.

Wrap it up in corn tortillas.
