Title: Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce

1/4 c Fish sauce (Nuoc Nam)
2 tb Distilled white vinegar
3 tb Fresh lime juice
1/4 c Water
2 tb Sugar
1 Clove garlic; pressed
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper

Mix all the ingredients together until the sugar is dissolved.
