3/8 c Sugar
1 3/4 c Water
3/4 c Frozen orange juice
-concentrate, undiluted
1 Egg white
1 Orange
4 Mint sprigs

Put the sugar and water into a pan and heat slowly until the sugar has
dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool. Add the orange juice concentrate and

Freeze in ice cream maker per manufacturer's directions.

Garnish with fresh orange wedges and mint sprigs.
