Title: Oriental Noodle Salad

Yield: 4 Servings

1 pk (450 g) prepared cloeslaw
1 cn (10 ounce) mandarine oranges
1 pk Oriental noodle soup mix;
-(vegatable flavour)
1 tb Olive Oil; up to 2
1 ts Vinegar
1 ts White granulated sugar

Drain orange sections and toss with coleslaw. Crumble noodles in and toss.
Wisk seasoning package from soup mix with olive oil, vinegar and sugar.
Adjust to taste. Toss into salad. Serve and enjoy.

(At this time of year use the fresh madarines if you can. Also good with
pineapple added.)
