Title: Orzo and Artichoke Salad Ala Souplantation

2 c Cooked orzo; still warm
1/2 c Water-packed artichoke
-hearts; chopped
2 tb Lowfat Italian salad
-dressing; spicy with
-parmesan

Combine while orzo is still warm. cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled, not
cold.

Variations:

1. add finely chopped softened sun-dried tomatoes.

2. Use a different dressing: lowfat Roasted Garlic Caesar (creamy). --pat
