Title: Oyster Stew Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 3 c Milk 1 sl Onion 3 Branches of celery 2 Sprigs parsley 1/4 Bay leaf 2/3 c Coffee cream; (not creamora -type) 1/4 c Cracker crumbs 1 pt Oysters 3 tb Butter Salt and pepper Heat milk, onion, celery, parsley and bay leaf over boiling water for 20 minutes. Remove vegetables and bay leaf and add cream and cracker crumbs.
