Parmesan Bread


Title: Parmesan Bread

Yield: 2 Servings

2/3 c Water
2/3 Egg; large
2 2/3 tb Butter; cut in small pieces
2 c Bread flour
3 1/2 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
1 1/3 tb Sugar
1 1/3 ts Onion flakes; dried
2/3 ts Salt
1/3 ts Garlic salt
1 1/2 ts Yeast

Combine all ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's
instructions. Process in regular bake cycle. remove from baking pan, and
cool on a wire rack. Yield: 1-1/2 lb loaf. (tested in Hitachi, Panasonic,
and Zojirushi machines. Whether made by hand or in a bread machine, there
was very little difference).
