Title: Passover Honey Cake

Yield: 1 Servings

1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Honey
4 Eggs; separated
3/4 c Walnuts
1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c Matzo cake meal
1/4 c Orange Juice

Mix salt with egg whites and beat till stiff but not dry, adding 1/4 cup
sugar gradually while beating. Beat yolks, add rest of sugar and remaining
ingredients to yolks. Fold in whites. Put in lined 9"X9" pan and bake at
350 for 40-45 minutes.
