1 bn Broccoli, chopped
1/2 lb Cooked pasta shells
3 Red bell peppers, seeded and
-diced
2 cn ( 7 - 7 1/2 oz) tuna,
-drained & chunked

----------------------------------DRESSING----------------------------------
1/2 c Olive oil
2 tb Red wine vinegar
2 tb Drained capers (the small
-capers)
1 ts Oregano
3/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Garlic (minced)
1/4 ts Ground pepper

NOTE: We often make half again as much dressing, or at least half again as
much vinegar and spices. We don't always increase the oil. Posted to EAT-L
