-under cold water, drained
-and dried on paper toweling
1 cn Sliced water chestnuts
1 c Salted cashews; chopped
1 c Low-fat sour cream
1 c Low-fat mayo
Sliced green onions OR red
-onion - about 1/3 cup
Salt lightly and pepper
-heavily

Make at least 12 hours before serving, for blending of flavors.
