1 Ham bone
1 lb Split peas
Celery leaves and one rib
2 Carrots
8 c Water
3 Chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ground pepper
1 md Onion

I rinsed the split peas, put all in the crockpot and set it on low
overnight, I didn't cut up anything, now I will strain all of it and it is
ready to enjoy!!! It sure smells wonderful. Can adjust salt and pepper
after tasting.
