Peach Chutney
Title: Peach Chutney Categories: Crockpot, Condiments, Fruits Yield: 4 Servings 4 c Diced peaches 1 c Raisins 1 sm Onion; chopped 1 Clove garlic; minced 1 tb Mustard seed 1 ts Dried red chilies; chopped 1/4 c Crystallized ginger; chopped 1 ts Salt 3/4 c Vinegar 1/2 c Brown sugar Combine ingredients in sloe-cooking pot.
