Peach Chutney


Title: Peach Chutney

4 c Diced peaches
1 c Raisins
1 sm Onion; chopped
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 tb Mustard seed
1 ts Dried red chilies; chopped
1/4 c Crystallized ginger; chopped
1 ts Salt
3/4 c Vinegar
1/2 c Brown sugar

Combine ingredients in sloe-cooking pot. Cover and cook on low 4 to 6
hours. Remove lid; turn control to high and cook for 1 to 2 hours. Makes 4
cups.
