Title: Peach Crumb Pie Categories: Pie Yield: 6 Servings 2 1/2 tb Tapioca 3/4 c Sugar 1/2 ts Salt 4 c Peaches 1/3 c Packed brown sugar 1/4 c Flour 1/2 ts Cinnamon 2 1/2 tb Soft butter From: Cheryl Constantine Date: Sat, 6 Jul 1996 17:55:00 -0400 Mix together the first 4 ingredients, then let the mixture set for 5 minutes before pouring it into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Mix the rest of the ingredients for the crumb topping, then put it on top of the fruit filling. Bake the pie at 425 for 45 - 50 minutes.
