Peach Soup
Title: Peach Soup Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 c Sugar 4 Clcoves 1 Cinnamon stick or 1/4 tsp. -cinnamon 1 1/2 c Water 1 1/2 tb Potato starch 1/4 c Water 1 c Dry White Kedem wine 8 lg Peaches; (could probably -used canned ones) Boil sugar, cloves, cinnamon and 1 1/2 cups water . Cover and simmer for l0 minutes. Add potato starch and 1/4 cup water. Add wine and reboil. In a separate pot, place two peaches in boiling water for 5 minutes, peel and cut into chunks. Add chunks to mixture. Blend 6 peaches in blender or processor and add to mixture. Refrigerate. Garnish with berries. Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest by Dobie607 |
