I love peaches and this recipe is great for a nice spring or summer picnic! Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk; beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9" deep dish or regular pie pan. Place peach slices over the batter. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar and 3 tbs of reserved peach juice; beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Spread evenly over the top of peaches, leaving 1" around the edge. Combine 1 tbs of sugar with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
