Title: Peanut Butter Bread

2 c Unbleached flour
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar; packed
1 1/4 ts Baking soda
3/4 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Skim milk; at room
-temperature
1 c Applesauce; at room
-temperature
1 Egg white; whipped
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Peanut butter

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a
mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In another mixing bowl, combine milk, applesauce, egg white, vanilla, and
peanut butter. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until
moistened. Pour batter in the prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes
depending on pan size.
