1 1/4 c Water
1 1/2 c Whole Wheat flour
1 1/2 c Bread flour
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Peanut Butter (creamy or
-crunchy)
2 1/4 ts Active dry yeast
2 tb Vital Wheat Gluten (up to 3)

from Electric Bread (with my changes)

Put all ingredients in pan according to manufacturer's instructions.

Note: Since I have well water at my house, I always add lemon juice to the
water.
