Title: Peanut Butter Cookies Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Peanut butter 1 c Sugar 1 ts Baking soda 1 Egg Mix all together until well blended. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Use fork prongs to press down cookie: press twice at right angles to create weave pattern. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes. Cool on pan.
