Title: Peanut Butter Dream Ice Cream Categories: Ice cream Yield: 2 Quarts 2 Eggs 1/3 c Sugar 1 c Peanut butter 1/2 c Light corn syrup 2 c Heavy cream 1 c Milk 2 ts Vanilla extract In medium bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Gradually beat in sugar until dissolved. Add peanut butter and corn syrup, beat until well blended. Stir in cream, milk and vanilla. Add peanut mixture ice cream maker.
