Peanut Butter Pie
Title: Peanut Butter Pie Categories: Pies Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Chunky peanut butter 1 ts Vanilla extract 2 tb Margarine; melted 3 lg Eggs; beaten slightly 1 c Dark corn syrup 1/2 c Sugar 1 9 inch pie crust Whipped cream Combine peanut butter, vanilla and melted margarine in bowl. Blend well. In large bowl place the eggs, corn syrup and sugar. Beat until thoroughly combined. Stir the 2 mixtures together until completely blended. Pour into the pie shell and bake in a preheated 450-degree oven for 10 minutes; lower temperature to 325 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes longer, or until firm to the touch. Cool on wire rack.
