Pear Chutney
Title: Pear Chutney Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 5 c Peeled; Cored & Chopped Hard -Pears 2 Tomatoes; Peeled And Chopped 3 Apples; Cored And Chopped 3 Peaches; Peeled And Chopped 2 Lemons; Seeded And Chopped 1 Lime; Seeded And Chopped 1 1/2 c Raisins 4 tb Crushed; Dried Red Peppers 1 Clove Garlic; Minced 2 c Cider Vinegar 3 c Brown Sugar; Firmly Packed 1/2 c Cystrallized Ginger 1 ts Ground Cinnamon 1 ts Ground Cloves 1/4 ts Ground Nutmeg 1/4 ts Ground Allspice 1 tb Salt Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Simmer for 2-1/2 hours. Spoon into hot sterilized jars and seal immediately. (I would process in a hot water bath for 20 minutes).
