Pecan Pie
Title: Pecan Pie Categories: Desserts, Microwave Yield: 1 Servings 1 9" pie shell 3 tb Butter 3 Eggs 1 c Dark Karo syrup 1/4 c Packed brown sugar 1 ts Vanilla 1 c Chopped pecans Place pie crust in a 9 inch glass pie dish. Prick sides and bottom of crust with a fork Microwave at high (1 00%) 4 1/2 to 5 minutes. Set aside. Place butter in a medium bowl. Microwave at high (100%) until melted, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into crust Microwave at medium (50%) until center is firm, 16 to 18 minutes.
