Pecan Pie
Title: Pecan Pie Categories: Bake-shoppe, Pies & past Yield: 1 Servings --Ingredients & Method -Below-- Beat 3 whole eggs until very fluffy. Add 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup to overflowing white corn syrup, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tbs. melted butter, 1 scant cup well broken pecan meats. Pour in unbaken pie crust. Bake in slow oven 1 hour.
