Peking Salmon


Title: Peking Salmon

Yield: 1 Servings

4 Salmon steaks or 1 filet;
-(whole or cut into
-portions)
1/4 c Brown or hot or spicy
-mustard
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Orange juice

Mix the 3 sauce ingredients together and spoon over the salmon. You may
refrigerate for 3-4 hours or you may cook right away.

Broil for 10-15 minutes or bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. VOILA!

This is my family's all time favorite. DELISH!
