Title: Pennsylvania Dutch Shoofly Pie Categories: Pie Yield: 16 Servings 1 c Brown sugar 1 tb Flour 1 Egg; beaten 2 c Hot water 1/2 c Molasses 1 ts Baking soda 1 ts Lemon juice 1 ts Vanilla -------------------------------CRUMB TOPPING------------------------------- 2 c Flour 1/2 c Margarine 1 c Brown sugar 2 Unbaked pie shells Bring 1 cup brown sugar, flour, egg, water & molasses to a boil; remove from heat & add soda, lemon juice & vanilla.
