Title: Pennsylvania Dutch Shoofly Pie

1 c Brown sugar
1 tb Flour
1 Egg; beaten
2 c Hot water
1/2 c Molasses
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Lemon juice
1 ts Vanilla

-------------------------------CRUMB TOPPING-------------------------------
2 c Flour
1/2 c Margarine
1 c Brown sugar
2 Unbaked pie shells

Bring 1 cup brown sugar, flour, egg, water & molasses to a boil; remove
from heat & add soda, lemon juice & vanilla. Pour into 2 unbaked pie
shells. Mix crumb topping ingredients well. Top pies with crumb mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350.
