Title: Peppermint Candy Ice Cream Categories: Ice cream, Desserts Yield: 1 Servings 2 qt Milk 5 Eggs 2 c Sugar 2 ts Vanilla 2 pk Dream Whip; mixed 1 1/2 c Peppermint candy; crushed Blend eggs, sugar, and 2 cups milk in blender very well. Heat mixture in double boiler with the rest of the milk and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon. DO NOT BOIL! Cool well and fold in Dream Whip and peppermind candy, well crushed (you can use up to 2 cups candy). Freeze in ice cream freezer according to machines directions.
