Title: Pepperoni Bread

1 1/3 c Water
2 tb Olive oil
1 ts Sugar
3/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Dried oregano
3/4 ts Garlic powder
3/4 ts Dried basil
1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
2 1/2 c Bread flour
2 ts Yeast
1 c Pepperoni; diced

Add diced pepperoni after the first kneading period when the dough has
formed a smooth ball.

Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
