Persimmon Pudding
Title: Persimmon Pudding Categories: Pudding, Persimmon Yield: 1 Servings 2 c Strained persimmon pulp 3 Eggs 1 1/2 c Sugar 1 1/2 c Flour 1 ts Baking powder 1 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 c Melted butter 2 1/2 c Milk 2 ts Cinnamon 2 ts Ginger 1/2 ts Nutmeg Combine all ingredients and blend well. Raisins or nut meats may be added. Pour into greased 9"x9" baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for one hour, or until firm.
