Title: Pesto Pizza Categories: Appetizers, Pizza, Posted Yield: 8 Servings 1 1/2 c Basil Leaves; Packed 2 Cloves Garlic; Crushed 1/3 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 c Parmesan Cheese; Grated 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 2 Individual Size Ready To Use -Pizza Crust; 7 To 8" Preheat the oven to 450. In food processor combine basil leaves, garlic, olive oil, 1/4 cup of cheese and the salt and pepper. Process, scraping the bowl down once or twice, until the mixture is fairly smooth, about 3 minutes. Spread the pesto over the pizza crusts. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup cheese over the pizzas.
