Title: Pickled Eggs Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 4 c Vinegar 1/2 c Sugar 2 tb Pickling spice 2 ts Salt 2 Bay leaves 2 Dozen hard cooked eggs Day before serving: 1. In a saucepan put vinegar, sugar, pickling spices, salt and bay leaves. Bring to a boil. 2. Place eggs, shelled, in a 2 quart jar. 3. Add vinegar mixture. 4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
