Title: Pickled Eggs Categories: Eggs, Mc Yield: 1 Servings 16 Eggs, hard boiled 1 qt Vinegar 1/2 oz Pepper 1/2 oz Ginger Boil 16 eggs for 12 minutes, dip into cold water and remove the shells. Into a stew pan put 1 quart of vinegar, 1/2 ounce pepper and 1/2 ounce ginger. Simmer for 10 minutes. Put the eggs in a jar and pour the boiling vinegar over them.
