Pickled Eggs


Title: Pickled Eggs

Yield: 12 Servings

1 Dozen eggs; hard cooked and
-peeled
2 cn Beets
1 c Sugar
1 c Vinegar

Add vinegar and sugar to beet juice, heat to boil. Place beets and eggs in
a large jar and pour beet juice over all. Refrigerate overnight .
