Picnic Chicken Salad Bowl
Title: Picnic Chicken Salad Bowl Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 1/2 lb Chopped zucchini 4 Tomatoes; chopped 1 pk (16 oz) frozen peas; thawed -and drained 1 Green bell pepper; chopped 1 Yellow bell pepper; chopped 2 c Diced cooked chicken {or -ham} 3/4 c Bottled Italian dressing 3 tb Grated parmesan cheese -{optional} Taken from the cookbook "365 Easy One Dish Meals" {These are the 3 recipes that I have prepared, and I recommend them for any picnic, church luncheon, or just a quick and light supper.} In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
