4 Boneless pork chops
4 Thick onion slices
4 Thick lemon slices
Brown sugar
Ketchup
Salt and pepper

Brown chops on both sides and place into baking dish. Salt and pepper chops
to taste. Top each chop with an onion slice and lemon slice. Place 1 Tbsp.
of brown sugar, and 1 Tbsp. ketchup on top of each chop. Cover with foil
and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
