Title: Pineapple Bread Pudding Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2/3 c Milk 6 Eggs 2 c Sugar 1 c Butter 2 ts Vanilla 2 ts Cinnamon 1 cn (20 oz) crushed pineapple w/ -juice 10 sl White bread torn up Blend eggs, sugar butter and vanilla. Add milk and remaining ingredients and pour onto a glass 13x9 pan. (glass works better, I don't know why) Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can eat warm or cold.
