Title: Pineapple Bread Pudding Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 4 Eggs; beaten 1 c Sugar 1/4 c Butter; melted 2 tb Flour 1 cn (15.25 oz) Del Monte Chunk -Pineapple in Its Own Juice 1 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Grated orange peel 4 sl White bread; cubed 2 tb Sliced almonds Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine eggs, sugar, butter, flour, undrained pineapple, cinnamon and orange peel. Add bread; mix well. Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 30 minutes.
