2 c Sugar
2 ts Soda
2 c Flour
2 cn Crushed pineapple (do not
-drain)
2 Eggs

Mix all ingredients in a 13x9x2 pan. Do not grease pan. Bake at 350 for
35-40 minutes. Top with a cream cheese icing, ( 1/2 stick soft butter, 1,
8oz of philadelphia cream cheese, 1 cup, confectioner's sugar and 1
teaspoon vanilla.
