Title: Pineapple Casserole Categories: Fruit, Side dishes, Casserole Yield: 8 Servings 1 cn (20 oz) pineapple tidbits 1 c Sugar 5 tb Plain flour 1 c Cheese; grated 1 Stick oleo or butter; melted 1 Roll Ritz crackers; crushed Pour pineapple and juice into 13x9 casserole dish. Mix flour and sugar together, pour over pineapple. Layer cheese over this mix, then put crushed crackers over cheese. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350-degrees for 30 minutes.
