Title: Pineapple Coleslaw

Yield: 6 Servings

1 sm Head of green cabbage
Shredded
2 Carrots peeled and fine
Diced
1/2 c Pineapple juice
1 c Mayo
1 tb Sugar
1 ds Salt and white pepper
2 tb White vinegar

Combine everything and mix well. May add some finelly chopped diced fresh
or canned pineapple. I dont. Variations on dressing: replace pineapple
juice with applejuice or cider, mango nectar, coconut milk, or orange
juice. This is a delicious no frills coleslaw I bet you will enjoy! Note:
total of shredded cabbage and carrots equal a pound so its just as easy to
buy a supermarket cello pack of the preshredded coleslaw mix!
