Title: Pineapple Pork Chops Categories: Crockpot, Pork & ham Yield: 4 Servings 4 Loin chops; cut 3/4" thick Salt & pepper; to taste 1 c Pineapple chunks; -drain,reserve liquid 3/4 c Pineapple Syrup; (Reserved) 1/4 c Honey 2 tb Wine vinegar 1 tb Soy sauce 1/2 ts Powdered ginger 2 Green onions; sliced 1 Green Pepper; cut in thin -strips Trim excess fat from chops; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown in large skillet Arrange chops in bottom of crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients except green onions and pepper strips; pour over chops. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Halfway through cooking add green onions and peppers. Thicken juices with 1 ml cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water, if desired.
