Pineapple Salad


Title: Pineapple Salad

Yield: 8 Servings

1 cn (20-oz) crushed pineapple;
-drained
1 pk (3-oz) lemon- or
-orange-flavored gelatin
2 pk (3-oz) cream cheese;
-softened
1 c Chopped celery
1 c Chopped nuts
1 cn (3-oz) pimientos; chopped
1 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing

Measure juice drained from pineapple; add water to make 2 cups. Heat liquid
to boiling and dissolve gelatin in liquid. Add other ingredients and stir
well. Spoon into a 10-cup mold or pan and chill in refrigerator. Stir
mixture several times. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
