Title: Pineapple Salsa #4 Categories: Sauce Yield: 8 Servings 1 Ripe pineapple 2 Serrano chilis; seeded and -minced 1 oz Rice wine vinegar 1 Red bell pepper; fine dice 1 oz (fl) peanut oil 1 bn Cilantro; minced 2 tb Sesame oil submitted by: rorford@direct.ca (Russ Vancouver B.C Canada) Take outside skin off pineapple, slice into 1/4" slices. Lightly oil and grill. Dice into 1/4" squares. DO NOT USE CENTRE OF PINEAPPLE. Combine all ingredients ,adjust seasoning with crushed red chili.
