3/4 c Milk
3/4 c Heavy cream
1/3 c Superfine sugar
1/4 ts Almond extract
1/3 c Shelled;chopped pistachio
-nuts

Here is a yummy recipe for pistachio ice cream. I really enjoy this,as it
is my absolute favorite. I got this recipe from Donvier Ice Cream Cookbook.
If you are looking for any other types of ice cream just give a holler,this
book has lots.

This makes 1 pint,but recipe can be doubled to make 1 quart (I make the 1
quart). So you just need to double it and double it to make the 4 qts.

Combine the milk and heavy cream with the sugar. Whisk for about 2 minutes
or until the sugar dissolves.

Stir in the almond extract and chopped nuts.

Freeze in your ice cream maker according to instructions.

*Please note,that I dont have an electric ice cream maker,I have the hand
crank one,so I dont know how this would come out in an electric one.
